Today we celebrate the 100th post in Stramme Jungs. One hundred posts may not seem like a lot, especially when compared to other blogs that have been around for a long time and that post several times a day. However, for this blog it is a significant milestone. Thinking of 100 posts regarding lads, guys and men enjoying their masculinity is not an easy task, and there were many moments when the inspiration for a well thought out post did not come easily. Thinking back to the beginning of this journey, 100 posts seemed so far away ...
Many guests asked me why this blog is called Stramme Jungs. First I tell you it's german. Stramm means vigorous, strong, powerful, robust, strapping, sizable, rigid, stiff, wooden, sturdy, massive or burly. Jungs means lads, guys. Stramme Jungs is also a productname for a kind of sausages, wiener, frankfurter, like the ones in a hot dog.
So let's celebrate. Please be welcome at my blog for the next 100 posts, have a drink and enjoy the wiener, frankfurter and other junk-food!
