If you are arrested for public urination in California you can be required to register as a sex offender. They classify it as public indecency. Even notes can be made on law enforcement mobile computer communications systems. These systems refer to the "offender" as a potential child molester!
Whatever the consequenses, I don't think these guys seem to care a bit. When you've gotta go, you've gotta go!
