Roger, are you sure cycling is your thing? Be aware that most cyclists often get a massive hard-on during a long climb or time trial. Why? Basically it goes like this. Your HR is low, you are seated. You start climbing, your HR picks up, but you are still seated. Then after probably too long, you decide you are going to stand up, work the quads, stretch your back, etc. Suddenly there is an increase in blood flow to your soft parts and they uh... aren't so soft anymore. Don't feel embarrased, cause it's nothing any-one hasn't seen before, is it!
